How can we realize our dreams, despite the obstacles encountered while trying to? The outcome is still unclear, hence the captivating atmosphere. Yet this is only a matter of time. As the first steps have been taken, the path becomes ever more visible. There's always light at the end of the tunnel.

This series of three created in the beginning of 2022 refers tot the inner search of many. These paintings invite everyone of us to contemplate what is really important. How can we make our dreams come through, despite the obstacles encountered along the way? The outcome is still uncertain, hence the captivating atmosphere of these works. However, this is only a matter of time. As the first steps have been taken, the path becomes ever more clear. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. 

Deze reeks van drie werken uit 2022 verwijst naar de innerlijke zoektocht van velen. De schilderijen nodigen ieder van ons uit om stil te staan bij wat echt belangrijk is. Hoe kunnen we onze dromen realiseren, ondanks de obstakels die we onderweg tegenkomen? De uitkomst is nog onduidelijk, vandaar de beklijvende sfeer van deze werken. Toch is dit maar een kwestie van tijd. Immers, zodra de eerste stappen gezet zijn, wordt het pad steeds duidelijker. Er is altijd licht aan het einde van de tunnel.
